We loved everything! The staff is amazing and goes beyond any expectations to make sure your stay is pleasant. The mattress and pillows were among the best we’ve ever tried! The decor is nice, simple and elegant, the neighborhood is quiet and silent. We didn’t try the SPA as we didn’t have much time and wanted to explore as much of the city as possible. The rest of the family stayed longer, they had a chance to enjoy the restaurant and had amazing words about it too! We have no words to thank enough the staff and everyone who made our stay the loveliest one, we’ll be back!

This is the perfect hotel. We have stayed in many hotels but none of them was as good as this. The atmosphere and the tranquility was exceptional. An oasis in Palermo. Highly recomended.

There was nothing I did not like about this hotel. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The breakfast buffet was amazing. The elegant 19th-century building is beautiful and worth a visit even if you're not staying there. The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance to the main sites of Palermo, including the Vucciria Market and the Teatro Massimo. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

    The location was perfect. After the first day I realised it was very central. I just had to walk for about 3 minutes to get to Via Maqueda with markets and lots of restaurants. It is also close to the theatre and to the central station. It was really nice and the staff was very friendly. I would totally recommend it and would stay there again next time I go to Palermo. It made a difference compared to Catania where the hotel was further from the city centre.

    The apartment was in a great location, just off of the busy via maqueda street but it was nice and quiet. Easy to find & check in, the host was easy to contact. A very comfortable apartment, big bed, good airconditioning and a lovely big balcony with fantastic views, a table & chairs and 2 loungers, perfect for relaxing after sightseeing. It was the perfect base for exploring Palermo!

    I loved the location and how big all the rooms were. Also each room had its own bathroom which made it super great! Close to the property you'll find a lot of restaurants and gelaterie and its just 10 minutes from via Maqueda which is the busiest and nicest street.

    The location can not be faulted. 10 mins walk from Marcarto del Capo and 20 mins to Mercato de Ballarò. Two mins from Via Maqueda. Perfect for all the sights. There's a lift so accessible, and a carpark near by if you need it.

    Location loved being close to street food and market life of via Maqueda Excellent helpful and supportive host. Martina arranged a transfer for us from the airport, (which we don’t usually do but this proved a godsend when our flight was cancelled and we were rebooked on a late night flight. I also witnessed her helping guests with translations and responding to emails) Fantastic breakfast, with special Sicilian treats Loved everything about this property we did not stay long enough!

    The location is a solid 10/10: right on Via Maqueda, which is one of Palermos main streets in the heart of the city. The room itself is very nice: spacious and clean. The building is also beautiful: very antique with wonderful tall ceilings and big wooden doors.

    Perfect location. There is parking lot opposite side of the street. Small supermarket nearby. On the same street with the appartment there are restaurants and bars/pubs. Very close to get to Via Maqueda and historical buildings such as Cathedral. We did not use taxi since for us it was not that far away so we took a walk everyday and seen many places in Palermo.

    The location is very central, close to Via Maqueda. The staff is very friendly. The apartment is cleaned regularly, and the bed linens are changed. In the apartment hallway, there are some locked cabinets where luggage can be left at check-out.

    Excellent location of the apartment, right in the city center, next to the most popular street Via maqueda, everywhere is accessible on foot, the accommodation is clean, everything was available. If something happened that we couldn't handle, Claudia responded immediately and she was very helpful. The key handover took place exactly as agreed, Claudia was already expecting us. The accommodation met our expectations to the fullest.
