I checked in quite late night but the staff was very friendly and helpful. They were very polite. The room was clean and the bathroom and the toilet is separated. The bathroom was the Japanese style. The location is right in front of the train station but it’s not noisy at all. Just be careful that you have to go to the other part of hotel to check in if you arrived after 9pm (forgot exactly the time). You can walk around outside to get to the other part of the hotel or you can go up floor 3 and take a bridge to get to the other side. The breakfast is good.

Location perfect for the Convention Center, the metro/bus center, and an incredible number of restaurants within two blocks. There is a nice traditional-Japanese park with tea house about 2 blocks away, which is very relaxing (and fun for the traditional tea with a great view). If you have a high-floor ocean-side room, on a clear day you see Mt. Fuji on the other side of Tokyo Bay -- quite nice; but such clear days seem rare.

    It’s a huge mega shopping mall in Kaihin-Toyosuna.

    It’s a huge mega shopping mall in Kaihin-Toyosuna. There are 4 shopping area that is for everyone including your pets. One of them has a roof top kids play area. You can come and do shopping with your pets at the pet area. So many more that you can easily spend time all day. Toilets are clean and there are kids size toilets too. I wish they had a food court area.
