We stayed for a night before our flight because it's very close to Narita airport. The breakfast was excellent! In the morning, there were lots of buses leaving to the airport right in front of the hotel, for free. The price was also good for one night.

There is a free shuttle bus going from and to Narita Airport which makes arriving tot he hotel way more easy. The self check-in and check out are also really simple and fast. The breakfast is also good. I enjoy going there each time I have been there.

Everything perfect! Multiple shuttles to and from airport per hour, staff friendly, approachable and very helpful and could not have done enough for you. Hotel has lots of amenities, a restaurant, roof bar, gardens, gift shop, coffee lounge, and even a conbini IN the hotel itself! Rooms also huge and the most comfortable beds we've slept in for the entire 3 weeks of our multi-city stay in Japan.
