The recepcionist was lovely. She helped me out with a small problem I had and always had a smile on her face. The room was clean, and it was extremely quiet at night. And for Tokyo standards, the room was decently big. The neighborhood is quiet and just one station away from Ueno, so it really helps you unwind while keeping you close to the city. There was a Lawson one block away that came in handy at night when we were too tired to go get dinner.
