The room is very spacious and well designed, better than any other hotel with similar price I’ve been so far in Japan. The location is very convenient as very close to Kyoto station and with metro, train and bus connections to any part of the city and also to arrive in and leave the city. The hotel has a gym, not big but ok, and a very good public bath with insensitive and sauna included in the price The breakfast is remarkable and absolutely a plus There are many elevators meaning there is always one available and there are no annoying waiting times
