Amazing value! Great and big room, fridge, microwave and possibility to cook (didn't try). Great bathroom. 5 minutes walk from the station. Close to some shopping mall with food court and toy stores etc. I think they only have official 2 star because of the fact that they don't have a gift shop/ restaurant etc.

Every floor has an ice dispenser, iron and iron table which we found very useful. Room was comfortable and there more than enough space. Public bath was comfortable and relaxing after walking around Kyoto.
