We had a good view of the other houses and a shrine from our window! It also faces the sunset. I was concerned about the shared toilet but it turned out to be really clean and it is almost always empty anyway. The room was very clean and the facility has a water cooler on the ground floor. The staff was very polite and helpful. I loved that we got yukata (?) to wear, and we took it to wear back from the onsen. Very close to gin no yu!Guest review byCher XuanSingapore

The location is great (Kin no Yu and Gin no Yu onsen are close to the hotel as well as the bus station), the personnel are polite, and all the amenities have been provided. Check in was really straightforward, and all the staff in the hotel were so friendly and welcoming.
