The hotel was modern and clean, well positioned for use of the train and close to many shopping and eating options. the staff were friendly and helpful. Check in and check out we’re simple and done on the touchscreen machine. The beds and pillows are the most comfortable I believe I have ever had in any Japanese accommodation.

The location of this hotel was spectacular, in the heart of SHIBUYA with so many shops and restaurants in walking distance. The room’s size was pretty good , absolutely clean and cozy .. but what I liked the most about this hotel was the staff. Probably the best customer service I’ve had not only in Tokyo but in any country I’ve ever been to , the service was so good that we had another plan to change hotels after 5 days but we decided to cancel the other hotel’s reservation and extend our stay at indigo. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful and made our stay 10 times better 🙏🏻

The hotel is new and looks really stylish with quite spacious rooms and all the necessary facilities provided. Breakfast was also quite nice, with wide selection of tea. Location of the hotel is perfect for those who want to live in the center of Tokyo yet prefer quiet and less touristy neighborhood.
