We had the most incredible and relaxing time here. Food was unexpectedly a large tasting menu of fine small dishes and was great! Staff are amazing and so kind, facilities are great, location is lovely and scenic and quiet. Onsen is clean and beautiful. All in all great time, didn’t want to leave

The hotel is absolutely perfect - we regretted staying only for one night. The rooms are super private, sometimes it feels like you are the only guests in the hotel. Private onsen is a pure luxury. The rooms are basically like 1 bedroom villa, super spacious, modern, comfortable and clean. The aesthetics of the hotel is beautiful: modern and minimalistic design blending with nature. Dinner and breakfast were delicious and memorable. Japanese hospitality is unmatched - we felt super welcome and the service was outstanding. Hakone is a beautiful area worth exploring - there are amazing museums also just around the corner from the hotel.

My partner and I have been staying at Blisstia Hakone regularly, and it has become one of our favorite getaways. Every visit feels like a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The atmosphere is wonderfully peaceful, making it the ideal place to relax and unwind. The hotel is impeccably clean, and the modern design creates a stylish yet cozy environment. We love that the rooms are spacious and designed more like apartments, offering all the comforts of home with the luxury of a hotel. The attention to detail and thoughtful amenities make each stay special. Whether enjoying a quiet evening indoors or exploring the beautiful surroundings of Hakone, we always leave feeling refreshed and looking forward to our next visit. Boutique luxury hotel in Hakone. I believe there are only 9 rooms in total. Brand new and stunning. The room is fantastic - decent size, bathroom huge, wardrobe, bed comfortable and loved the traditional feel to everything in the room, your own onsen with beautiful wooden surroundings that you fill with water yourself and can hear the large waterfall from the native bush below. Just divine and relaxing. Smart tv that you can watch from the onsen or in bed. Because of the waterfall you needed to have the volume up quite high though. Drinks in fridge were for your enjoyment free of charge. They include drinks and snacks in the restaurant area in the afternoon for your enjoyment. Lovely check in process, with a personal touch and a traditional tea. Bus stop right there at road entrance to the hotel - we used this a few times during our stay. Taxi is best when arriving and leaving with suitcases given the hills. 7 eleven a few hundred metres walk. We didn’t want to leave!

    World class!

    World class! A unique combination of landscape design and modern art, with a proliferation of Henry Moore sculptures and the bucket-list-worthy stained glass "Symphonic Sculpture" by Gabriel Loire. Lots of quirky highlights, including the foot bath and labyrinth popular with kids. Eat before you go; no dining options except a coffee shop and fancy buffet. Plan to spend some time in the gift shop, which has a wide assortment of very artsy objects.

    At first I had no info about museum.

    At first I had no info about museum. In period of my visit, web site was on gaspiness and I just pick up randomly to be see some art. It is breath taking collection beside nature and a beauty of the landscape. It is not just an other museum.
