The staff at House of Finn Juhl were amazing! I booked these rooms for my family trip, Yuka helped me plan dinners for our large group before we arrived and then upon arrival was even more amazing. The rooms were spacious and the furniture was beautiful. They helped arrange our Takyubin to the next location for our luggage. They provided amazing snacks and great breakfasts, it was wonderful!

Very clean and cosy hotel, with traditional Japanese experience. Delicious breakfast buffet and great dinner restaurant. Very friendly and helpful staff, English speakers, who provided everything for us, including rent of ski equipment and ski lessons in the most convenient way. There are also a ski equipment room, massage chairs and even an onsen inside the hotel! It was a great family experience for us!

We had an exceptional stay at the Shakespeare hotel. Olivia was more than accommodating to all our needs and request, going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The hotel itself was in the perfect location, walking distance to many restaurants, ski hire places and very accessible to get to the slopes (shuttles every hour that leave from outside the hotel). All the staff were welcoming and willing to help where possible. We plan to return very soon!!!

Really good atmosphere. The room had beautiful view on the mountains. Next level breakfast and dinner, we really recommend it ! It’s fresh, well diversified and really good quality. Onsen were clean and pleasant.

Hakuba47 Winter Sports Park

A relatively new addition to Japan's winter sports scene, the Hakuba 47 Winter Sports Park takes full advantage of the spectacular slopes and scenery of the Northern Japanese Alps. A meticulously kept snowpark with a variety of rails, boxes and berms will keep even the most dedicated snowboarder happy, and the resort's lift ticket allows access to a total of three mountain peaks. Don't forget to keep an eye out for the adorable Japanese snow monkeys too!
