Second time staying at Aloft. Excellence in customer service. Great room layouts and wonderful selection of tv channels. The location is also supreme. Around 10 minutes walk to umeda and 15 minutes to Osaka Station

Very comfortable room, with a beautiful view on the river. As a bonus, the rooftop is amazing. The staff is very helpful and sweet. It’s also noteworthy that you can do laundry at no extra cost, which is super appreciated :)

    Location was great (about a 6 min walk from Hep Five) and near Donki, lots of food options and convenient stores around, room was good for how much I paid, and everything generally was comfortable. Only thing was the bathroom sink had stains, but not a major issue.
