The hotel is stunning. Very modern and stylish with shelves filled with books about art, interior design and various other topics. It's extremely clean, especially for Japan. All of the staff spoke good English and we're wonderfully helpful with checking us in and making sure we had all of the info we needed. The best part about the hotel though has to be the room. We were used to small rooms in Tokyo that we couldn't organise our luggage in. These rooms have some of the best storage solutions and space we've seen in any hotel. We were deeply impressed with how much space we had, the facilities, the bed, the PJs. Everything was perfect and exactly what we needed to recharge halfway through our trip. It feels like a hotel that pushes that bit further for exceptional service.

Second time staying at Aloft. Excellence in customer service. Great room layouts and wonderful selection of tv channels. The location is also supreme. Around 10 minutes walk to umeda and 15 minutes to Osaka Station

Very comfortable room, with a beautiful view on the river. As a bonus, the rooftop is amazing. The staff is very helpful and sweet. It’s also noteworthy that you can do laundry at no extra cost, which is super appreciated :)

They have free water disposals at every floor: this was my first time seeing it. Also near the reception there were free drinks for everybody in any amount at lounge: juices, cokes, teas, coffee and etc. Very comfortable waiting zone with tables. The room is great and clean, no questions. Near there is the subway station, cafes, convenience stores and almost 20 minutes to Dōtonbori. The price/quality is excellent! Recommend it for sure.
