Walk around Yubatake.
Walk around Yubatake. The lower portion of it there is a waterfall. Make sure to walk it at night if you are not to tired. We were tired, but we walked around it at night and we are glad we did. The light reflecting off of it makes it so beautiful!Guest review byThomasUnited States - 10.0

Nice unique little town with many to see including wildlife. The people of Kusatsu are very friendly and helpful. Recommend to bring a face mask/cover in case the smell from the water is too strong when visiting the Yubatake. Good for 2D1N trip.Guest review byLimSingapore

Within easy walking distance of the town center and the Yubatake. And best of all, Miki (the owner) and her staff were outstanding hostesses! Miki, in particular, went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. The room we had was spacious and had a western-style bed. The rooms were spacious and very clean with 2 full size beds that were very comfortable and warm. The Staff was so friendly and helpful. They let us store our luggage so we could explore the area after checking out. The manager even offered to transport our luggage to the next hotel.
