Extremely helpful and attentive staff. Easy self-check in. Tasty breakfast in Jam17 dining. Staff provided to all guests umbrellas during the rainy day. Hotel in a high-rise building with excellent views. We were placed on the highest 38th floor. Bus service to Narita and Haneda airport right from the hotel.

This was perfect. We liked our stay at the hotel so much that we want to plan our wedding here. Rosenheim Stay Tokyo Shinjuku is conviniently located between Okubo and Shin Okubo station, just a cople of minutes from bustling Shinjuku, but in a calm and safe area, perfect for families. The rooms are not very big but very practical and clean and the staff is extremly nice and helpful. All kind of amenities from convenience stores to restaurants are within à couple minutes from the hotel. We 100% recommend this address!

    I was grateful to be able to stay in Tokyo at such a good price point. Kimi Ryokan is a short walk from Ikebukuro station which is a great transportation hub and allows easy access to the rest of the city. The coffee and pastries at the downstairs café are very good, just be warned that there can be a bit of a wait. There is a luggage storage area available for guests.

    The instant we walked in and were greeted by happy staff, an impressive amenities bar (including pj’s and full facial treatment packs) and stunning decor we knew we got this one right. The rooms were perfect for our family of 3, surprisingly large and featured a full spa bath and steam room! 😳. The staff couldn’t be more helpful and catered for our every need. Location was handy and 1 minute walk from Ikebukuro station.

    There was a table in the room which was actually big enough to use; bed had a comfortable size for two people, too. With two backpacks it was a little stuffed, but not as bad as in other hotels in Japan - you could actually open both and still had space to walk. The hotel onsen was a nice bonus and is very comfy after a long day of walking around. Close to Ikebukuro station and to anything you need (izakaya, konbini etc).

    The location is close to the Otsuka Station ( less then 10min walk) and also close to the Sakura tram line ( the last tramway in Tokyo) Less then 10mim walk from Sunshine City ( lively area) About 20min from Ikebukuro Station. Overall, the neighborhood is convenient. Has restaurants and market, pharmacy and convenient store neirby.

    The apartment was a 5 minute walk from Kanamechou station and a 15 minute walk from the Ikebukuro station, which made it easy to find. There was also a 7-eleven right across of the building. There was also a washing machine, clean towels and everything necessary in a kitchen and bathroom.

    Great location! Just a short walk from Ikebukuro Station, which is a hub for the Tokyo Metro, JR East, Tobo Railway and Seibu Railway. The apartment was clean and had a lot of facilities. Having 2 air-conditioning units was especially nice, as we could have one focused on cooling, and one permanently on the dehumidifying setting. Check-in was easy and flexible.

    Convenient location near to Ikebukuro station. Rooms were spotlessly clean and tidy. There was a washer dryer which was incredibly useful. There is a water dispenser and coffee machine on the ground floor. They have just done a renovation of the ground floor so it was modern and clean.
