This was one of the best hotels I have experienced in my whole life. Every detail is thought about. Number one favourite thing for us was the garden. Absolute magic. We tried every restaurant in the hotel and each was exceptional. With two small kids, ages 5 and 2, this was the perfect hotel. I was sad to leave and can’t wait to come back.

    The location is close to the Otsuka Station ( less then 10min walk) and also close to the Sakura tram line ( the last tramway in Tokyo) Less then 10mim walk from Sunshine City ( lively area) About 20min from Ikebukuro Station. Overall, the neighborhood is convenient. Has restaurants and market, pharmacy and convenient store neirby.

    The apartment was a 5 minute walk from Kanamechou station and a 15 minute walk from the Ikebukuro station, which made it easy to find. There was also a 7-eleven right across of the building. There was also a washing machine, clean towels and everything necessary in a kitchen and bathroom.

    Great location! Just a short walk from Ikebukuro Station, which is a hub for the Tokyo Metro, JR East, Tobo Railway and Seibu Railway. The apartment was clean and had a lot of facilities. Having 2 air-conditioning units was especially nice, as we could have one focused on cooling, and one permanently on the dehumidifying setting. Check-in was easy and flexible.

    Convenient location near to Ikebukuro station. Rooms were spotlessly clean and tidy. There was a washer dryer which was incredibly useful. There is a water dispenser and coffee machine on the ground floor. They have just done a renovation of the ground floor so it was modern and clean.

    It was a pleasant experience to stay at Fukurou house, the house is very pretty and well organised, and it only takes about 5-10mins to walk to the ikebukuro station！The house also had tons of house accessories with well maintained and new furnitures. The landlord was extremely friendly and helpful, it was so far the best residential experience we've had in Japan！We will definitely choose to stay here next time we come to Tokyo ！

    Comfy and convenient apartment for a stay in Tokyo. It is not very big but there is everything you need (table and chairs, bed, toilet, shower, washing machine, kitchenware, etc.). The host was very nice and made sure we had everything we needed. Good communication. Overall good location (20min from Ikebukuro station and 10minute from Yamanote Line) with a few convenient stores around.

    The hotel was ideally located next to Ikebukuro station. It was clean and had lots of amenities, such as lounge with free drinks and snacks, microwave etc. The bedrooms have a steam room and jacuzzi, just wish we had the time to try them out but we were so busy.
