The hotel has contemporary and luxurious interior with a great spacious rooms. Located brief walk of 2min from the subway. The staff was great since we had some problems with luggage delivery, the front desk was quick and efficient letting us know what happened and when will luggage arrive. I’m grateful for that. Since we had one day delayed luggage delivery with one of our suitcase, the Hotel’s laudromat (laundry room) came quite in handy - there are two running washing and drying machines for additonal fees up to 500 yen per use. The hotel also have a private separated pool for men and women and meditaton room; there was also an option for meditaton in your room with instructions and relaxing music delivered from your tv. My absolute favorite part was the bath and shower option in the bathroom. The hotel also provides you a bathing salt in your bathroom vanity.

We loved the warm community space set up with games and books in the hotel lobby. The 24 hour lounge with food and coffee was icing on the cake. The complimentary refillable water bottles, bikes, umbrellas and coin laundry were great amenities to have.

Wow, this property is AMAZING! It was the highlight of our three weel trip! Totally worth the cost! It's in a prime location within walking distance to many prime places. The staff were so helpful, friendly, and accommodating! The restaurant was out of this world- delicious Italian! Paying for thr breakfast is worth it! So many options!!!!

The hotel is located in a nice shopping district in the middle of Kyoto. The whole place is very design sensitive with nice details. There is a café and a clothing store in the ground level. They have in-house laundry and a spacious common living room with a kitchen if you would cook something for yourself.

    The Grand Reverie hotel was immaculate - it is indeed a hidden gem. When we arrived we were upgraded to a superior double room, which was more like a suite being spacious and beautifully furnished. The staff were helpful and of course so polite. Location was great, within a 5 minute walk to Karasuma Oike station and the buzzing Nishiki Market.

    Very modern and room was very clean. Lighting and air con controls next to bed. Small fitness suite in basement and a nice onsen. Location was good not far from Karasuma Oike station. Good range of buffet breakfast.
