The surrounding neighborhood is quiet and mostly residential. Close to Kita-Kashiwa station which will get you to Ueno in about 40 min. The hotel was 2 minutes from Kashiwa Station and surrounded by bars, cafes, restaurants and shops, which made it incredibly convenient.
