The staff were excellent and very helpful. The hotel has a nice outside deck and view of Nikko and the mountains. It also has a common area where one can eat their own meals. The value for money was fantastic as well.

Super nice stay during our 3 weeks travel to Japan, one of the best. We felt really taken care by the owners of this hotel, significantly above any expectations. Very nice location to go to main attractions. A little bit far from the center, and preferable you should go by car. The house has a lot of space. Comfortable beds.

Hotel & facilities were superb from the breakfast & dinner buffets through to the indoor / outdoor rooftop spa. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Free drinks, including alcohol, soft drinks, coffee, ice creams & snacks was also a very nice touch.

We absolutely loved everything! The house combines traditional Japanese style with modern features. It's situated in a quiet area, just a few minutes walk from Shinkyo Bridge and several other attractions.
