Wonderful service by the fabulous staff! Rooms were nice and well maintained, with quite a nice lake side view, especially beautiful during Autumn season. The attached onsen is also just seething and mind refreshing! Definitely recommended!

I love the hospitality and warm welcome of the staff. They accommodated us well, although we arrived late, and assisted us with all our concerns since it was our first time in Japan. We will stay there again if we can travel back to Aizuwakamatsu.

I chose this spot for the price and location. I knew what to expect when I booked the room, and it was nothing more nor nothing less than I expected. The front desk staff was friendly.
