Service was incredible. Rooms were good sized for a city hotel but the small features really made it quite luxurious. Happy hour every evening was perfect to come back to after a busy day of sight seeing!

Rosenheim Stay Tokyo Shinjuku is conviniently located between Okubo and Shin Okubo station, just a cople of minutes from bustling Shinjuku, but in a calm and safe area, perfect for families. The rooms are not very big but very practical and clean and the staff is extremly nice and helpful.     The place was nice and functional enough if you are not planning to cook too much. I actually enjoyed the area, it's a 20 min walk to Nakano or Koenji Station through small streets which I like, it allowed us to discover the area better.
