The common areas are really spacious, so even if the accommodation is full it won't feel crowded. Just 3-4 min walk from bus station, Kumano Hongu Taisha, Tourist Info Center, about 5 min to eateries, grocery store, bakery. The communal area is very cosy, homely and they offer a huge selection of cookies and sweets for free. Also free coffee, thee, cornflakes available.
