Super helpful staff with very good English, amazing location. Super spacious rooms for japan. ~5 min walk from main trian station. Can't comment on the breakfast as we never had it.

The property is brand new, wonderful design and facilities are immaculate. Even tho they just opened 4 months ago the staff is impeccable, well trained and organized, very attentive and ready to help. Our room at the 4th floor was very spacious and just perfect. Gym, pool and spa a sanctuary that I really enjoyed during our 4 days at the property. Food and dining experience in the property are top notch as well.

    Very nicely located right next to the Kyoto Railway Museum and Kyoto Aquarium. There is a JR train station and bus stops nearby. Also the convenience of having a Family Mart attached to the hotel. All amenities provided plus the use of their private bath was very much welcome after a long day out and about.
