the location is nearby Kyoto station, only 5 min walk but the area is quiet. the hotel is beautifully designed, room is spacious. Food is exceptional. we had free Hagen Daz ice cream everyday and coffee is free all day. staff are helpful and they actually went the extra mile to help us.

Everything :) All staff were so friendly, informative and professional. Very fluent in English too which we really appreciate. I had a nice experience at the spa. Clean and spacious room. We love the mini bar set up too. The gym and other hotel facilities are fabulous. We will definitely come back. Thank you for making our stay very memorable and enjoyable.

    Very nicely located right next to the Kyoto Railway Museum and Kyoto Aquarium. There is a JR train station and bus stops nearby. Also the convenience of having a Family Mart attached to the hotel. All amenities provided plus the use of their private bath was very much welcome after a long day out and about.
