Great location - easy walk to the station but on the quiet side of Shinjuku. Amazing facilities when using the premier grand rooms including breakfast with a view of Mount Fuji. Access to the sky lounge included with drinks and snacks which many people didn’t seem to realise. Service was great. Never seen so many staff keen to help at any given moment. Stopped by for afternoon tea (included) and also some days used the bar service (free drinks and more light bites). Room was exceptional. Felt like a spa. Also helpful to have a laundry room available. Almost forgot the front row seats to the light show at the Tokyo metropolitan building. Would absolutely recommend this hotel to everyone.

it’s a brand new property and very amazingly designed. the rooms are a bit small but as expected in Japan. but the space is used very efficiently.

Located in Tokyo and within 500 metres of Nakano Sun Mall Shopping Street, illi Esu Nakano features a terrace, non-smoking rooms, and free WiFi.

The location is great. Easy and convenient access to many restaurants, shopping areas, departmental stores and Nakano subway/train station. I will book this property again if I visit Tokyo with my family members in a near future.

Really clean room, good location with plenty of places to eat and shop but quiet at night time. They did provide ear plugs if you needed them though! Comfy beds, friendly staff, good value all round

A perfect experience. We have a whole floor of space. There is a large projector and karaoke machine in the room. You can sing without any worries. There are free drinks at the front desk. My friends and I had a great time.
