Interior authentic Japanese, staff very friendly and the ramen although at night was the best!!! Very clean and great hot springs! Great massage chairs!

The hotel is absolutely amazing and incredible how they have preserved the history. It felt like being in 2025 at the same time as being there in 1906.

We came mainly for the location to Nara Park and the train station and was not expecting more than a basic hotel with beds. We were pleasantly surprised with the inner-courtyard for the kids, the restaurant and the general design of the hotel with sustainable wood. We would recommend to anyone staying the night in Nara.
