Staff were very good - always friendly and helpful. Breakfast and following buffet from 11am to 9pm were excellent - a good range of food and soft drinks for all tastes. It was kept well stocked and the food was tasty. The dining area was well organised, comfortable and the staff took great care of guests. Our room was very comfortable and beautifully clean.

So convenient next to Hakata train station with lots of places to eat nearby. Beautiful lobby quite new hotel. Long outdoor pool as well as sauna & steam rooms. Comfortable bed with medium sized room. Good bathroom. Very polite & efficient staff.

The sushi restaurant and the bar in the roof are very good . All the staffs were super friendly . The temperature was really cold for two days and they passed out hot packs for guests on their way out.

I requested rooms nearby despite booking 2 rooms of different style. The hotel is very kind to help arrange. I can see from details they do it with heart and treat guests with respect. They offer help effectively. Totally enjoy the lounge at 18th floor too! The snack and drinks are nice.

It was my first time visiting fukuoka with my family and i must say it was the best decision made to stay at this hotel. The bed was very spacious and room with balcony was very clean as well. The rooftop bathtub is highly recommended to use as free coffee was kindly served by the hotel as well. I would def love to revisit the hotel!

    Location was best feature of this hotel. We can walk directly to the Chikagai. A supermarket is also very close by. A short walk to Ohori Park and the Fukuoka Castle ruins.

    Best hostel I've stayed at. Fabulous, friendly staff, happy hour drinking on Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday, movie night on Monday was great as well. Also the most delicious dirty chai latte I've had. Beds very comfortable, showers clean and lovely lounge area. Right next to Ohori Park.

    You cannot ask for a better and conveniently located hotel, right in the heart of Tenjin. You walk out of the hotel and you're right next to Mitsukoshi, Iwataya, Parco malls. Also, a nice leisurely walk to Ohori Park. Staff was very helpful. Hotel was fairly clean.
