The staff were very helpful, answering all our queries, requests and booking us an early morning taxi to the airport. We were also so grateful that we could check-in early for a small fee as we had arrived in the morning after travelling for 17 hours. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and good value. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

We chose this hotel because we had an early morning flight, but we were pleasantly surprised by how satisfied we were with our stay. The hotel staff provided excellent service, especially one staff member who I believe was from India. He helped take care of my 8-year-old daughter and even gave her a very special chocolate. We are still grateful to him. The hotel itself is very new and clean, and the rooms are spacious. The beds are comfortable, and there's even a capsule coffee machine in the room! We all agreed that we should have stayed here for two nights.

Hotel is in a great area, super accessible and direct trains to Tokyo city centre. Very well maintained, check-in staff and cleaning staff are friendly. Shops in the same building such as CanDo, Family Mart and a number of restaurants. We'd recommend it for everybody - solo or family, leisure or business, this place has it all! We loved it!
