From promptly answering my numerous queries prior to my arrival to going out of their way to provide the best service during our stay, my family and I felt very welcomed. The hotel’s location is just beside Ryuoo Ski Park. They cater shuttle buses to and fro Iiyama as well, which we utilised. Will definitely recommend this hotel!Guest review byShi HongSingapore
