Location was perfect, just upstairs of the main station. So it was too easy to go anywhere within the city or the other cities in Japan. Also just in a walking distance from the shopping area and the good restaurants. Staff was too kind and helpful. Rooms were really neat, tidy and clean. And not as small as other Japanese hotels. They even have massage chairs within the room which was quite fantastic thinking that you’ll have long walks in Japan.

The location was extremely convenient. It looked like a hotel room for salary men but it was big enough for a couple. There was a table space to open your luggage on as well

Very close to Sannomiya Station, convenience stores, supermarket, Daiso, drugstores and restaurants. You'll be taken care of very well. The room I had was large enough for me to open up a medium sized suitcase.

    Very modern Japanese hotel in the heart of Kobe - Sannomiya! The beds were comfy and the room was very clean. As always the size of rooms in Japan are smaller than other countries but they utilize the space incredibly well. I think what I appreciated most was the location, 5 min walk away from Sannomiya Station (JR and Hankyu). It's also right off the main street so their are plenty of great dining, bar, and club options all conveniently located. I will be staying here again.

    Location, View, Shuttle and all the staff. Daily fresh pyjamas provided. Large comfortable room on 23rd floor. Shuttle takes you to Sannomiya station and also Shin Kobe. Food nearby at Mosaic. We didn’t use the hotel restaurant as it was too pricey.

    The rooms are really big by Japan standard. The location was prefect because I was attending a event at the nearby Kobe World Memorial Hall. It was within walking distance. The hotel also provide shuttle bus service to Sannomiya station which is much appreciated. If you take the public transport, there's a sheltered walkway connecting the station to the hotel. I would love to stay here again if I am attending events in Kobe.

    Excellent value for a room with a view over the bay towards the Kobe skyline and mountains. Rooftop terrace was a lovely place to watch the sun set and enjoy some evening breezes.The location is convenient—only a few stops from Sannomiya station on the Port Liner—without being right in the middle of everything. The room had all the amenities, and there’s a restaurant in the hotel and a convenience store right downstairs. Will definitely consider staying again if in the Kobe area.
