Perfect! Great location, nice rooms

We love this hotel and pretty much everything about it. For us, the location is great as it literally stays on top of a subway station - Toyosu on the Yurakucho line. There is a direct access point from the hotel's elevator to the subway station. There is also a small shopping center in the building with some coffees, places to eat and kombini stores. From the subway station we felt really well connected to all our interest points and station and we could reach almost anything within 30 mins. Close to the hotel there are 3 konbini stores - which are open 24/7 and this allowed us to shop for dinner and quick breakfast at any time when we were back from exploring. The view from the hotel are magnificent, the reception and lobby are on the 36th floor overlooking Rainbow Bridge and Tokyo tower and our room was on the 35th floor and we had an unbeatable view of Tokyo Skytree. I could marvel that view any day full time! Waking up to and falling asleep to that view was a big highlight for us. The room was just enough in size for us to comfortably fit in it with our two small suitcases but anyways we expected it to be pretty small so it was actually a good surprise. The hotel and our room and especially the bathroom were really clean which is very important. We also had a nice set of free amenities and pajamas at our disposal. We didn't try the onsen but it also looked well maintained but pretty small in size. The hotel has coin laundry services on every floor, vending machines, smoking room and a garden on one of the floors. When we arrived with did self-service check-in with a machine which was fairly easy to use and had an English menu.

Good location with good service. Breakfast is very thoughtful and the choice of food is great.

Fantastic hotel; the rooms are a good size by Japanese standards with great facilities for cooking and doing laundry. The room size and facilities were especially good for us travelling as a young family, but would also be great for those travelling as a group who would like to pack lighter and have the option of doing semi/full self-catering. The location was great - 5 minute walk to the train/bus station with a lovely park opposite. There are loads of convenience stores, supermarkets and restaurants within a couple of minutes walk from the hotel so you can easily enjoy eating out or easily do self-catering. Kasai station is great for getting into Tokyo - approx 25 minutes to Ueno/Akihabara/Tokyo station and approx 45 - 60 minutes to Shinjuku and West Tokyo. Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo Sealife Centre are a short bus ride away directly from Kasai bus station (next to train station). The staff at the hotel were lovely - they were always happy to help out. The staff have English language menus and instructions for those who don't speak Japanese and they were happy to try and translate on the fly for anything else. I speak Japanese, so it wasn't an issue for us but I noted when we arrived and they didn't realise I speak Japanese they made a lot of effort to make us feel welcome and informed in English before they realised we could switch to Japanese.
