Room size and lighting. Cleanness. Room facilities, including a coffee machine in the room (usually there is only a kettle in Japanese hotels). Modern design and good condition of the furniture. Silence. I felt like I was alone on the entire floor. My room was at the end of the hall and I didn't hear any noise around my room. Breakfasts are served in a nice spacious dining room. There is a choice of Japanese and European food.

I loved this hotel: Great facilities, comfy bed, friendly and helpful staff, amazing breakfast, good location (only 1 stop from the Tokyo station), easy transport. Very close to Disneyland as well..

The room with a bay view was heavenly. We also managed to see Mr Fuji clearly in the distance. The breakfast was scrumptious. The Onsen as well as the surrounding facilities provided beautiful views of the bay.
