The location was nice. It's 1 to 2 minute walk from the station and there's a 7/11 nearby as well. There are also some nice old stores in the area. The hotel is also very clean and the room is spacious.

I got a cheap last minute deal on the hotel, it would normally be out of my price range. It was beautiful with everything you would expect of a hotel of this quality. Huge room, great view, spa bath and a shower with water pressure and changeable nozzel that was a great way to wash off before getting into the bath. All amenities laid on. Just wonderful. 45 second walk from the West exit of Nankai-Sakai station. There are some great restaurants in the station and a new takeaway sushi place that is exceptional value for money. I stayed here so i was close to the meeting point for a knife factory and Sakai history tour i was doing the following morning. Highly recommend the tour also.

The staff are very friendly and helpful! I lost my keys to my luggage and the staff helped me to cut open the padlock which was a big relief! Thank you to the reception staff and to the kind gentlemen who helped us 🙏🏼. The hotel is also conveniently located near supermarkets, convenience stores and the train station. We stayed for 6 days at the hotel and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job when we requested for the room to be cleaned. Fresh towels and toiletries were provided by the hotel daily.

I really love the staff, they are really helpful. They also can speak English really well so that's easy to communicate. The location is great, just few steps to Shin-Imamiya station. Love it.
