The rental service! The first thing that caught my eye as I went inside was the wide range of coffee equipment that you can borrow for free during the stay. The beans they offered (at minimal price) were also surprisingly good!

Internet is fast although no smart TV. Free flow unlimited Georgia coffee and ice in the lobby next to the reception was a plus point. Staffs were also very helpful, they also kept my mobile-phone when I accidentally left it at the smoking room. Hotel was 2 minutes walk to Tanukikoji shopping street and Odori Park. Taxi to Sapporo station was around JPY 1500. The building is newish and room (around 19m2) was equipped with a washing machine & dryer so it is convenient for my 2 weeks trip. The room was also equipped with small kitchenette with a stove, a sink, a microwave and an electric kettle. Limited housekeeping didn't include carpet vacuuming and making the bed but kitchen and bath amenities including towel was supplied and trash was taken out daily. Breakfast at the hotel is good enough. Enough selection of Japanese and Western foods

The room is very clean, spacious and comfortable for our family of four. Kids love the bean bags, the little swing, the big projector screen and switch game. The design of the room is very nice and homey feel. We’ll definitely stay here again when we’re back to Sapporo. The location is not in central Sapporo. We drive and find it’s convenient location not far from major attractions in the city.

    Very comfortable bed. Only 5 minutes walk to famous Nikka Sign and Susukino Station. The hotel is just next to a FamilyMart with ATM machine that supports ATM card. Love the hotel vibe and it has themes that somewhat matches the cities. Accommodation wise it's very good and the hotel gave a me a good impression of Sapporo.

    Excellent location, walking from Susukino station took us less than 10mins, 7Eleven is just a stone throw away, paid parking was just across the road. Apartment is big and clean for 4 adults, beds were very comfortable, all of us slept very well.

    The hotel is located at the fringe of Tanukikoji shopping street which is ideal as it is quieter but offer easy access to Pole Town, Susukino Station, Mitsukoshi and Parco shopping centers.     The location is superb. City tram just a doorstep in front of the hotel. Mega stores located opposite of the hotel. Tanukikoji-Shopping street just right in front of the hotel. 3mins walk to susukino station. Staffs in the hotel are friendly and serve politely. They even provide Hotel Coins to exchange free foods and drinks, which is a plus.

    The hotel is located within the Cocono Susukino mall from the 7th floor onwards, so you have access to places like Daiso, Lawson's and a couple of dining options within the same building. The Susukino Station is literally just outside the building too.

    Room was huge. Compared to other APA Hotels I've stayed in, it's the biggest. It was right near Hosuisusukino Station and had a Lawson attached to the ground floor, so everything was convenient and accessible. I found out I could also rent a Humidifier for free from the front desk which made my stay much more comfortable from the dry winter air.

    The hotel is excellent. Staff, breakfast, onsen is very good. The bed is comfortable. The room size is small but I think is the standard size in Japan. Room is clean Location also convenient. Opposite there is convenient store. Walking distance to susukino station.
