Service: The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. They were warm, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their recommendations for local dining and sightseeing were spot-on, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to my trip. Facilities: The hotel boasts top-notch facilities, including a well-equipped fitness center, a serene spa, and a variety of dining options that cater to every palate. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a wide array of delicious dishes to start the day. Overall, the Osaka Hotel in Tokyo exceeded all my expectations. We stayed here for a week, without breakfast. The room and the bathroom was really spacious, with plenty of places to relax. The Hommachi station is very close by, and there is also a world-class bakery and a beautiful park a few minutes away. It was nice to be able to get your room cleaned up without changing the sheets and the pyjamas.

We had a fantastic stay. The location was great with a lot of areas accessible on foot or by taxi/metro (we love to walk!). Our room was spacious, impeccably clean and overall had great design / amenities The cafe / lounge was more than pleasant and the restaurant and breakfast was way beyond our expectations with a lot of attention and skill as much in the kitchen as with the service. We had great value for our money and Highly recommend Zentis Osaka !
