The location was very close to JR Kyoto Station which was very convenient when getting to the shinkansen and around the city in general. The room, bathroom and hotel in general were quite clean. Staff was very helpful and did their best to communicate as smooth as possible. Amenities provided by the hotel were really nice too. Overall, it was a nice place to stay at when in Kyoto.

Wonderful location near Kyoto Station. Friendly staff and cute robots delivering food to the floor. Great view of Shinkansen trains passing by. Facilities were excellent and everything was spotless.

- everything was really good - amazing location, very close to the train station, buses, good ramen - the room was pretty big for Japan - common space downstairs where you can have your food, with free coffee, tea and other drinks - good room cleaning schedule

    Loved that this hotel was in a residential area- we felt like we were part of the day to day life of the locals. Close to the train station and to the beautiful Tofuku-ji Temple- our favourite moments in Kyoto were in Tofukuji We enjoyed having our own apartment, small balcony, umbrellas to borrow when needed. Staff were lovely
