Very clean and modern facilities. The room was spacious and stylish. There were enough tools in the kitchen for cooking light meals. Staff at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. Also, really convenient location, saved us so much time and trouble from having to figure out logistics.

This hotel takes care of every detail. Breakfast is super tasty, lot's of options and good coffee. Rooms are big and nicely decorated. The staff has good English and an amazing service attitude - Simply beyond expectations. Location was great- just near the Kyoto station but without hearing any noise. We hope to return

The location is excellent—just a two-minute walk from Kyoto Station and right across from Kyoto Tower. It's a convenient spot, yet it feels peaceful and is away from the main street. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. I always enjoy returning to the hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. One suggestion would be to offer a combined Japanese and Western breakfast in one place, rather than having to choose between the two options.

Location is great, close to the station an close to a lot of good restaurants. The staff was amazing, very helpful with tips, suggestion and recommendations of places to eat, to visit, to get a haircut, etc. Cleaning staff was very good, everyday refilling water in the fridge and very polite.
