We appreciated the helpfulness of the staff at the registration counter, especially when we ran into minor card issues; they were patient and efficient in resolving the matter. The decor, done in warm colors, made us feel comfortable and at home right away. The bathroom was a highlight with its advanced electronic equipment, showcasing the innovative side of Japan that we’ve always heard about — it surely left us questioning bathrooms elsewhere. The location is unbeatable, with the hotel situated right at Tokyo Station, it felt like we had access to not just Tokyo, but all of Japan, especially with our JR Pass allowing us unlimited train rides. Despite the bustling activity with around 4000 trains passing through daily, the hotel was surprisingly silent, ensuring a peaceful stay. The unique Japanese breakfast experience was delightful and a perfect start to our mornings. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and Tokyo Station Hotel is a place we’d love to revisit.

The ambience feels opulent, which is very fitting for this historical hotel. The Old Imperial Bar is one of the nicest bars we’ve been to (such a nice dim relaxing ambience and great cocktails). The location is perfect to explore Ginza. The staff is one of the kindest and most hospitable we’ve come across on our stays.

When making the reservation, we mentioned that we hoped to be arranged a quieter room with a view of Tokyo Tower. The hotel was very considerate and made arrangements for us, giving our vacation a pleasant surprise. As a hotel in the prime area of Tokyo, the room was spacious and the location is very convenient. It is close to Ginza and the subway station. There are several 24hrs convenience store downstairs and there is also a direct airport bus, which was very convenient. The only regret was that I didn't have the chance to enjoy the free access to lounge service this time. I will definitely come back next time.

We loved every part of our stay at the blossom Hibiya. The staff is amazing, the rooms are clean and modern, the view is stunning, it was a lovely stay. If I had known, I would have booked all my stay there, the kids were very disappointed to leave. WE LOVED THE BH!

    We stayed in the 6 bed adjoining rooms, which were perfect for one night. Beds were extremely comfortable! Each room has a small bathroom, including a shower closet. A block away from Tokyo Station meant this hotel was very convenient for our Shinkansen departure the next morning. There were many places to get food just down the road, including a 7-11 for snacks. Checking in and out was quick and convenient.

The hotel is in a central location with a metro station a few steps away from the entrance. 20-30 minutes by metro subway to popular areas on both sides of the city (Shinjuku, Shibuya, Tokyo Station, Ueno, & Asakusa). 10 minute walk to the Harry Potter Cafe, shop, and Time Turner in Akasaka.

    Probably our best ever experience staying in an airport hotel. Great interior design, hotel loungewear provided and a gorgeous rooftop lounge with amazing views over Tokyo. It really was a lovely way to spend our last night in Japan. It’s super easy to get to from Tokyo station which takes about 30 mins on the subway. Very convenient for getting to Haneda airport terminals as it’s only 1 minute walk from the mono rail station. Great value for money and the staff were super helpful.

    Excellent location right next to a Yamanote line station (Otsuka). If you're looking to stay in a quieter neighborhood with easy access to Tokyo station, ikebukuro, Shibuya and Shinjuku this is an ideal spot. I was grateful we stayed here instead of one of the more famous (much busier!) neighborhoods for our first visit to Japan. 7-11, coffee, and sushi train restaurant steps away. Hotel was very clean and spa was lovely.

    The apartment has a huge kitchen area (for Tokyo space standards). It had complete facilities, including a washing machine and a lavatory that can be used as a washing basin at the same time. The best of the facilities is an automatic temperature-regulating ofuro or Japanese bathtub. The nearest metro station is along the Marunouchi line, which directly connects to the Tokyo Station and is a few stations from Shinjuku stations. It is three blocks away from the Tokyo Metropolitan Building.
