We could leave our luggage at the hotel after checking out too. Staff were very nice. There are 2 coined washing machines for guests to use too. All trains to the area were canceled for the day. The Tokyo Station Hotel team helped me with an immediate refund for my train ticket, and organized a car to take me to Fujinomiya.
