    Be prepared to stand in line for an hour and a half in order to get a ticket to come back and stand in line for another 45 minutes waiting for your turn to ride the elevator up. Coming back down there is no crowd control so you will feel like you are being crammed into the legendary Tokyo subway. However some may feel like it is worth it for the view

    We got there late in the evening and were not able to spend as much time at the top as I would have liked. So get there early, to give yourself enough time at the top if enjoy looking at the view from high up.

    There are several souvenir shops.

    There are several souvenir shops. Don't spend your time only on the 5th floor, as the cashier lines can be very long. I had to leave the items I wanted to buy, because I could have missed the tour bus. However, as I went down the escalator, I noticed that there was one on the 4th or 3rd floor. I ended up on the 1st floor, where I was able to get what I wanted for my nephews and nieces.

    Great views over many miles of Tokyo is all directions.

    Great views over many miles of Tokyo is all directions. Not as high as some other towers but you get a real sense of scale and perspective. Go late afternoon when you get the daytime light but then soon after the evening views with the city and the tower lit up.

    The “go around” sushi restaurant- the one that supposedly plates of food go around for you to grab- changed their system. You enter your Order on the iPad in front of you. The food came quickly. The sushi were VERY GOOD and inexpensive. GREAT Deal. The gotcha is- you enter your name at the entrance to get your cue number. You install their AP so you get notifications as to when your cue is up. We waited for an hour while shopping.

    Don’t go first thing in morning completely over crowded with kids and prams I suggest after lunch. Definitely buy express ticket worst mistake we made. Take own food queues ridiculous. Wear hat and sunscreen!

    Lovely room with view of Tokyo Tower - it was clean, pajamas provided. We had a mini sofa and table which were convenient for our late night snacks & early breakfasts. Staff were polite and friendly, allowed us to keep bags at hotel lobby on day of checkout. Great location very central, lots of lovely restaurants and shops around and so close to the station which was a blessing when our feet were giving out daily. My 3yo enjoyed playing with the shoe horn & shoe brush in the room lol. They have a nice big clean toilet at lobby.

    Room was of a good size for downtown Tokyo, with decent soundproofing and a comfortable bed. There is enough space to open two medium sized luggage bags. Good quality shower amenities. Vanity mirror in the room was also extremely thoughtful. Convenient located within walking distance to a few train stations and the famous Tokyo Tower.

    Location was good - close to family mart, a lawson and 7 eleven. Also walking distance to Tokyo Tower and the Le Pain Quotidien cafe. We only stayed here for 2 nights and moving to Shibuya after but we enjoyed our short stay, the staff were lovely, room was clean, beds were huge and fit my little family of 5 perfectly. We booked the junior suite, much bigger than other hotels I’ve stayed at in Tokyo.

    Everything was brilliant, the apartments are so spacious, new, has everything cooking facilities, washer/dryer. Close to shops, transport, could see Tokyo tower from the balcony. Had a lovely free breakfast. Beautiful hotel and the staff were so friendly and helpful, even called us a taxi which was really nice. Will definitely recommend 100 percent and would love to stay again. Only stayed 3 nights but we could have stayed for much longer. Thank you
