The hotel was incredibly clean. There are always multiple staff on-site to help. Be prepared to have a translation app with you as sometimes the English-speaking staff are not there. Either way, they will be quick to try and help you. The city of Seto has a fascinating history as a pottery village and there are wonderful museums and shops just outside of the hotel. The train station is a two-minute walk away. The hotel was exceptionally clean and I loved the eco-friendly program where you can get free alcohol if you don't replace your bedsheets! I'll take it!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location near the train station was incredibly convenient, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate all my requests. They assisted with luggage transfer, provided fresh towels daily, and ensured every aspect of my stay was smooth.
