We stayed here for five days with three rooms. The hotel gave us the rooms at the same floor close to each other. We booked three standard rooms and they upgraded two rooms to the suprior family room for free! Much appreciated! Rooms are super clean and I think it's rather spacous by Tokyo standards. The washing matching does both washing and drying and is very useful. Convinent store is just 2 min away so you could buy breakfast and snacks. One supermarkt is 5min away. We bought vegetable and noodles to cook dinner when we were tired of going out for dinner. Having some Kitchenette is a great pro of this hotel. The hotel is located in a very quite neghborhood. There are three different metro stations within 10-15min walking distance. This is convinent enough for us.

The hotel is located right in the old quarter, about a 5-minute walk from Sensō-ji Temple and the entire market, so you can enjoy an evening and early morning visit to the temple without the tourists. There are restaurants directly in front of the hotel and a metro station is about a 10-minute walk away. The hotel apartments are very clean and the facilities are great, the kitchen has everything you need (large fridge, microwave, etc.), there is also a washer and dryer and we were given laundry detergent by the staff. Cleaning is done every day, if you don't care about it, you can just change clean towels and arrange at the reception when you want to clean the room. Although the hotel is located right in the heart of Asakusa, which is the destination of most tourists, it is completely quiet in the evenings. I really enjoyed my stay here and would love to come back again.

Excellent location near Ueno Station, with easy walking access to Ueno Park, the zoo, and nearby museums. The included amenities were a nice touch, especially the green tea provided by the host. The area is quieter than most parts of Tokyo, and we experienced no noise issues from either the hotel or the neighborhood. Clear instructions were provided, and communication was quick and helpful. Also, the pillows were the most comfortable we’ve had so far in Japan! :)

I honestly loved it! It was super clean, had everything I needed. It was compact but quite big for an apartment in Tokyo. It was about 15min walk from Ueno station but close-by to all other ones. 7-eleven and Lawson right on the doorstep.

The last time I've seen a microwave that clean was when I bought a brand new one. The whole apartment was really super clean! Despite its small size, it has everything that you might need even for a longer stay and it's good that there's a laundry room available. The location is really good because it's relatively close to the Ueno station and 7/11 and Maruetsu are around the corner. The futons are incredibly comfortable and nice to sleep at!

Great location - minutes from Ueno station and ideally located to visit Ueno and Asakusa, plus good connections to the rest of the city via the station. Staff were very helpful and polite, and kept our bags before we checked in. The hotel had a small lounge for guests with a free drinks machine, and had prepaid data SIM cards for sale which was helpful. All the lights in the room could be activated from the bed, which was a nice touch.

The hotel is right across Ueno station and within walking distance from the convenient store and the shops. The rooms were clean and the staff were very friendly we enjoyed our stay even if it was just for a night. We will come back here again.

Location is great, a short stroll from Ueno Station, Ueno Park, Ueno Zoo, the markets. Hotel was quiet and didn't see anyone on our floor the whole stay! Washing machines were a bonus and loved the drying feature in the bathrooms!

This is a large, busy, quite modern hotel. Our room was comfortable and spacious. The hotel is well located close to Ueno Station and particularly good for getting to Narita Airport. The Reception staff are helpful and have very good English.

The condition is good and available also enough facilities. The location is nearby Ueno Station and walk for 8-10mins. You could take skyliner train from Narita airport to the Ueno station directly. Easily finding and convenient to go shopping and enjoy foods. The hotel is allowed tourists to storage luggages until you leave Tokyo at same day. Even though I lived on 4FL and no elevator offered, I would introduce you guys to book.

Close to Ueno Station but orient yourself first….frustrating to see the hotel opposite and unable to cross the road. Take the escalator inside the station to level 2 and there’s a broad overpass outside. Cross this - there is an elevator down but street level was shut - and the hotel is 40m ahead of you, on the corner.
