"It was a true pleasure to stay at this magnificent hotel. The grand architecture allows you to feel the rich history of the property. The service was impeccable. We stayed in a room with a view of the bay and the vista was stunning. We also visited the main wing, where we sat and admired the beautiful trees of Yamashita Park, an unforgettable experience. We savored a delicious Japanese-style breakfast, beautifully presented, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The location couldn’t be better, with views of the bay and the Yamashita Park, and just minutes from Minatomirai, Motomachi, Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse, Yokohama Museum of Art, Chinatown, among other attractions. We spent three unforgettable days at this hotel and are truly grateful for the experience.

    The property is walking distance to Kannai train station and the metro, as well as bus routes that run past Yokohama Stadium. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and allowed us to check in early when our room was ready. The property was clean, warm, comfortable, and spacious for a hotel in Japan. We loved the public sento. It was meticulously clean and there was lots of room.

    Excellent location, with direct access to the station, a short walk to the harbor and Yokohama stadium and around 10 minutes from Chinatown. Modern, clean and comfortable room with all amenities provided. We also booked a cot for our infant and it was set up for our arrival. Check in and out process was smooth and staff were very friendly.

Plenty of convenience stores and cafes nearby, mini Lawson on the first level. Yokohama stadium and park across the street but didn't hear the baseball game although big crowd.
