Everything about the property was top class including the very friendly courteous helpful staff everywhere. Classy interiors spacious rooms bathrooms with Spanish tiles and both bathtub and shower cubicle. Good toiletries. Good quality coffee and tea in room. Lots of extra water bottles. A very nice gym and a lovely short skywalk. Great plush bed and pillows. Had a wonderful night’s peaceful sleep. Great breakfast spread and a top notch steakhouseTHE HIDE. I haven’t tried their Indian restaurant. Special thanks to Joan at reception David the bellboy Francis I think the trainer at the gym and Stephanie at the steakhouse. If I ever come to Nairobi again I would definitely stay here. I wish the hotel lot of success

I liked the property because it is accessible and that it is near a mall. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable overall. The dining area is very nice and offers a view of Nairobi. Security is good which added to the safety I felt staying in the city. Good breakfast.

A safe haven in the lush part of Nairobi. Quiet, comfortable, and cool. There was no real need to leave the place. A great gym, pool and two restaurants serving delicious food. Great decor, in particular in the downstairs bar from Upepo restaurant. Absolutely fabulous!

The location, the stream that runs nearby...and Karura Forest across the bank. The staff are friendly and polite. The breakfast is prepared fresh, and the endless availability of beverages and bananas puts 5 star hotels to shame. Providing hot water bottles is an exceptional touch. The property has been so well designed it completely blends in with the surroundings. A gorgeous weekend getaway!

The architecture is awesome and intriguing. Being by a waterfall and karura forest makes the site very beautiful, peaceful and bucolic, and there are nice spaces outside to chill and enjoy being surrounded by nature. The resident doggy, Sandy, is a delight! We appreciated a wide range of nice hot beverages we could help ourselves to any time.

Check in was easy. The area is lovely I enjoyed peaceful natural surroundings and privacy. The home is comfortable and excellent value for money. It's near Two Rivers Mall where there is a choice of activities like sports, eating out and a children's playground. Could also go for a walk in beautiful Karura forest
