Very good location and near to Nampo Subway. Room was very well equipped and spacious for family of 4 with separate sleeping area and toilet for children. Very friendly and excellent service. Very nice complementary coffee and tea provided.

Honestly the best hotel I stayed in my trip to Japan & Korea. Everything was modern and clean. The staff was very friendly and during check-in they even showed me some of the food spots to visit. The location is also great, very close to many touristic spots and one minute from metro station. The room was nicely spacious and clean, the bed was super comfortable. The room had basically everything you need in a hotel room. The bathroom was also great. Generally I am not fan of bathtubs, but here it was enjoyable. The room even had a floor heating, you dont see that very often. The wifi was great. I even got one free entry to the spa in the same building. Its basically public bath seperated for men and women, but it was convenient for a short relaxation.

Everything was just perfect! Truely 5 star hotel! The staff is amazing, the room looked even better than on the photos, breathtaking views, all equipment worked perfectly! Pure satisfaction! It is located next to Songdo Beach and cable car station, and despite its location might be remote from other attractions, I would definitely stay there again! Our experience in the restaurant "On the Cloud" was just exceptional 👌

    The park at the base has blossoms and historic items such as the massive bell and the statue of the 15C Admiral is well worth a look too. Have to take the stairs as no taxi has access. Your buses can access and take their Cruiseliner customers through the Duty Free shop.

    -The room was modern, clean and felt new. It also had a nice view. - Staff who checked us in were helpful. - There are universal and USB sockets in the wall (no need for an adapter). - There are many restaurants and cafes nearby. - The location is great for the Songdo beach cable car and only a short bus or taxi ride to Gamcheon culture village and the BIFF square area (with the markets and Busan tower). Busan station is also not too far by public transport or taxi.

    I liked the bidet, restroom and beds. The room was quite spacious for 2 people. The beds were very comfortable. Many shops and restaurants within a walking distance and the Busan tower within a walking distance.

    + Perfect location close to Jungang Station and Busan tower. + The room was clean and well maintained. + Good amneties such as free tea, free skincare, Hairdryer, water cooler, money exchange in the lobby. Washing machine in the lobby was only a few Won (2000 ₩ I believe). There is a convenience store close to the Hotel. + My room had direct view on Busan tower and Comodore Hotel. + Breakfast was a 10/10. They even served Bean Coffee. + Toyoko-Inn is a reliable Hotel Chain! :)

    The location was perfect (Nampo-dong close to the cultural villages and less than 10 minutes walk of Jagalchi market and Busan tower). The staff was very nice, we were able to leave our bags for the checkout and come back. It was clean and comfortable. You have many things for breakfast.

    The online check-in system was efficient, allowed me to access storage ahead of time. The staff kept in contact ahead of my arrival and responded promptly when I had a challenge with my room. They were quick to resolve and move me to another room. Location is convenient for the fish market, busan tower and access to busan ktx. The rooms are relatively quiet on the floors, but the glass is quite thin with regards to road traffic.

    We stayed 4 nights and all was well. We easily reached the buses and many markets and shopping facilities were in the near, and Busan Tower too. The room was well equipped and cosy, we slept well. We had parking facility in the garage and the staff was nice and helpful if we need something.
