Excellent. Simply great. We were looking for something near Hanok village. Since we are retired, we couldn't sleep on the floor with hard mattresses. The Hotel Vincent is new and everything is in top condition. It has an integrated coffee shop that is open to the public. Now comes the best. When we arrived, Mr. Hwang Youm Sung was on duty at the reception. And wow: his English impressed us and made everything much easier. There are also other employees who speak English. Actually, only one night was planned. But with such great service, we were happy to stay another night. Thank you for the friendly service. It was really a pleasure Many thanks to the whole team.

The room was really spacious and very comfortable. The bathtub was very pleasant, and there was everything provided that I needed for a good weekend stay. Parking was also very convenient. The mood of the room was excellent.

The location is close to a bus stop. The hotel also helps me send back my working ID card when I forget it in the room. It would be not an easy service because they have to send it from Korea to Taiwan, but they have done.
