During our 2 week trip to South Korea we stayed at 4 different hotels and this hotel had the most awesome service. Very customer oriented.They spoke good English which made a huge difference. They gave us tips on where and what to eat and helped us get around. The hotel’s location was great- close to the metro station and lots of restaurants and shops. We had a room with a nice view of the water and fishing boats.

Everything was absolutely amazing, I will definitely stay there again when I return to Busan. Songdo Beach was about a 7-10 minute walk from the hotel so it was amazing. Lots of cafes and restaurants around and they were open quite late. The café in the hotel was also great with amazing pastries and good bread. Room service was excellent as well and available quite late (we checked in at around 10 pm and food still arrived on time and piping hot. Fell in love with the bathroom and the stand alone bathtub, magical. Truly a 5 star experience.

The hotel has a very beautiful design. The room was big and clean and has a great view. Most comfortable bed!!! I didn't want to wake up... The staff was nice and helpful. Loved it!

I booked the family suite with an ocean view — the apartment was amazing, from the living room all the way to the bathroom. The view over Busan and the ocean was breathtaking. I also appreciated the kindness of the staff, who allowed me to store my luggage in the hall for 10 hours both before and after my stay.

    -The room was modern, clean and felt new. It also had a nice view. - Staff who checked us in were helpful. - There are universal and USB sockets in the wall (no need for an adapter). - There are many restaurants and cafes nearby. - The location is great for the Songdo beach cable car and only a short bus or taxi ride to Gamcheon culture village and the BIFF square area (with the markets and Busan tower). Busan station is also not too far by public transport or taxi.

    The apartment was modern, clean and spacious. It had all the necessary facilities for a very comfortable stay. It was also close to multiple convenience stores, restaurants and Lotte Premium Outlet Mall for those who enjoy shopping. However, it is quite far from tourist attractions like Haeundae Beach and Gamcheon Culture Village if you're using public transport.
