Beautiful facilities, wonderful staff who go out of their way to help their guests with any issues and put 100% effort into it !! The head manager of customer service is a wonderful man who made my friends and I stay a lovely experience. He was polite, calm and very supportive of us even when we lost our passport. The room was very spacious and the property was very beautiful. Had a good view of seogwipo city and some of the oreums around the area. Central location so no matter which side of the island you are exploring it's fairly reachable.
