From the check-in to the check-, all impeccably managed by the extremely kind stuff. Pity to have spent here one night only! I loved everything, but if I really have to choose I will mention 3 best things: postcards, record player, breakfast. Amazing.

I love the location, so close to the beach. It was easy to take a bus to the subway if you wanted to go to other areas of Busan. The staff was amazing, I don’t know much Korean and they were very helpful in English. I used the laundry coin service, very quick and easy. The staff at the restaurant was very nice and polite, (Joel I think his name was) asked me a few questions about my travels which I really appreciated as a solo traveler. Due to bad weather my flight to Jeju got cancelled and there were no problems for me to stay 2 extra nights in the same room. The girl at reception (Lucy I think her name was) was very helpful and accompanied. I will definitely stay here again just for them <3 The art cafe was very cool. Nice to sit and watch the beach/sea both on a sunny and rainy day. I will recommend this hotel to all my friends and family!

The apartment is large, spotlessly clean and very modern, with a balcony and great views! The staff were also very friendly, helpful and communicative. Great location too - would definitely recommend!

Jagalchi Market

Suitably set next to Pusan Harbour, the name of the game at this large market is definitely seafood. It’s Korea’s largest seafood emporium and visitors browse its stalls before selecting their chosen catch, which is prepared and served to them upstairs. See eels, squid, molluscs and more in their bucket load, as well as dried fish including anchovies, cod and octopus.

    The food is pricey.

    The food is pricey. But perhaps due to Covid or general hospitality, the 2nd floor food stall do provide complimentary additional dishes (pancakes, additional soup cooked with the fish head, oysters etc). We neither asked nor bargained for it. Some services are tailored to us as we informed them our child could not eat spice, but other complimentary dishes came as pleasant surprise after we sat down. Not worth the price without these additional services. But their additional services does well to compensate. Overall nice experience.

    The room was nice, the view from the 25th floor great, especially at night. Good location next to bus and metro stops, walking distance to Jagalchi Market and BIFF Square. In the evening you get pop-up food stalls right next to the hotel. The food must be good cause there's not a seat empty there.

    The location was great. It’s near Nampo station (which makes it super easy to get around Busan) and the shopping street. There are a lot of bus stops nearby as well and it’s a short walk to Jagalchi Market. The bed was clean and comfortable. There are small personal lockers to store your valuables as well as space underneath the beds for your luggage.

    Fantastic location! You are literally across the road from BIFF Square and Jagalchi Market, and walking distance to Gukje Market. Jagalchi Station is a 5min walk - the location is very central and convenient. The staff were super friendly and helped where they could.

    Location was perfect near Jagalchi market and BIFF square. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Having the pool was great especially after a long day of walking. The host was also very responsive at all times and greeted us with a tiramisu cake

    Well sized room given location (close to BIFF street and Jagalchi market) and price. While the booking said room with no view, there are windows that open and look down onto the street, so there is a view just not a scenic seaside view. Lots of public transport nearby so easy to get around Busan.

    Comfy beds, good breakfast. One stop to Busan station, 10 minutes to Jagalchi market. Bus station in front of the hotel. Clean rooms. When you are outside all day, you don't need more. Wowpass machine in the lobby.
