Comfortable, modern design and vibes Breakfast buffet is wonderful with different options

Breakfast was amazing. I’m allergic to seafood, shellfish and legumes. I wrote to the hotel prior to my trip and the first day we had breakfast, one of the servers had a sticky note with the list of food that I was allergic to and avoided. The food is buffet style and labeled. The room gives the feel of a condo, it’s very clean. And a great location

I had the pleasure of staying at Lotte Guro City Hotel for 9 days during my work trip to Korea. The hotel's location was incredibly convenient, surrounded by numerous amenities and easily accessible public transport options. The housekeeping staff was impressively efficient, ensuring a comfortable stay, and the front desk team was exceptionally helpful. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional customer service provided by the hotel staff. On the day of my check-out, I realised I had left my passport behind, creating a moment of panic for me. The hotel staff swiftly intervened, providing me with immediate assistance and organising a taxi to deliver my passport just in time. Their reassurance and prompt assistance were invaluable, ensuring I made my flight. I am so grateful for the hotel staff's professionalism, care, and dedication to their guests. I intend to stay at Lotte Guro City Hotel again during my next visit to Korea. Thank you so much for making my stay truly memorable.

The hotel was very stylish and in a good communication spot, right next to the subway and bus stations. The room was spacious with all of the necessary equipment provided.

The location is excellent, 2mn from Sillim Station on line 2. The room was very clean, the bed was nice with fresh and clean sheets everyday. Bathroom was full of confort and staff was extraordinarily kind.

Big room with beautiful view of Yongsan, comfortable beds, great shower, right by bus stops and stations, next to a big mall, also, a convenience store right in the hotel! Anyone wondering if you're going to get a room high up, you certainly will! The reception is at the 4th floor and the rooms start from 10th floor up I believe, so be sure on that!
