The room was clean, the towels, shampoo, hair conditioner, and shower gel were provided. You could get free towels any time in the common area if yours needed replacing. The trash is collected, you just need to leave it out. The kitchen had drinking water dispenser, which was really nice. Most importantly, the host was very responsive and went out of his way to help us. I booked the room after seeing a picture with a full-sized mirror in the room and there was no such mirror when we arrived due to renovation. I messaged the host and he moved us to a bigger room that could fit a full sized mirror, I think he ordered it after my request. The bigger room was so nice; I was traveling with my husband, so having extra space was definitely beneficial. The host also helped us figure out how to get to the airport on our departure date, making the process less stressful.
